Process for receiving care
1. Making contact
Get in touch via email or phone, and help us to understand your situation and care needs.
2. Establishing options
We’ll work together with you to identify the type of care and level of support that’s most appropriate.
3. Agreeing a plan
We’ll suggest a plan for how, where, and when to provide care. Then we’ll adjust it to your feedback.
4. Delivering care
We’ll start work based on the agreed care plan, and we’ll continue to review it as the situation changes.
Fully registered and compliant

Fully registered
We are registered with CQC/Ofsted & preparing for our first inspection.

Qualified carers
Our carers are all fully trained and qualified up to at least NVQ Level 2.

Enhanced DBS checks
We send off for enhanced DBS checks for all carers when we recruit them.
